Aim Psych Youth is a mental health concierge collective of therapists, coaches and mentors serving California (based in West Hollywood) that specializes in therapy for young men (12-20 years old). Aim Psych Youth offers a range of services tailored to young men's unique mental health needs, including individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and additional specialized treatments and services. Aim Psych Youth supports clients on issues like addiction, anxiety, depression, social issues, ADHD and neurodivergence, performance stress/anxiety, obsessions/compulsions, psychological assessments, and academic support (including college prep).
The collective utilizes a team-based approach, where therapists collaborate to provide personalized care, utilizing various modalities and areas of expertise. Aim Psych Youth's focus on male identity, masculinity, and related challenges sets it apart, making it a unique resource for young men seeking to explore and enhance their mental well-being in a supportive environment.
A therapeutic experience with us can be simple by design and singular in nature by working with just one of us or targeting one specific change. It can also expand and adjust over time to include other team members. We are intentionally nimble, adaptive and flexible in our process.

01.
Consult & Assess
We start by connecting. This first conversation helps us understand what your son is going through and what kind of support you’re looking for. If we both agree it feels like the right fit, we move into a more detailed consultation and assessment. Together, we clarify goals and explore needs, and learn more about you or your son. We will generate a clinical conceptualization that will inform his individualized care plan.
02.
Propose & Plan
Next, we translate your son’s clinical conceptualization into a clear proposal for your review. It outlines short-term and long-term goals that bring together your family’s priorities and our team’s recommendations. We match your son with the therapist(s) or specialist(s) best suited to his needs, personality, and pace. You will know exactly who is involved and what to expect.
03.
Engage & Adapt
It’s go time. Your son starts meeting with his therapist(s) and the work begins. During the first few weeks or months, we consistently assess his progress, session rhythm, and therapeutic fit. We adjust, augment, and refine any part of his care to maximize his experience and look for opportunities to include family members at various points in treatment. Regular check-ins are a vital part of our work, and our goal is to make therapy something he can connect with that genuinely helps.
04.
Transform & Integrate
As the collaborative work progresses, we monitor and integrate the internal and external changes he experiences. We help him apply new skills and insights in daily life, with our team tracking what is working and adjusting what is not. We provide thoughtful, strategic support for his ongoing growth and for your family as a whole.
05.
Graduate
We believe therapy should have a finish line. Part of our process is to support the most effective and efficient therapeutic experience possible. Our team-based approach helps optimize the timeline so he can leave therapy and continue to grow independently. We will not rush this process, but we will evaluate it carefully in the later stages of the work together.
Why Aim?
Because the bullseye of perfection is a myth. Because we are often the target. Because we may miss the mark. Because often how we do one thing is how we do everything. Because how we show up for ourselves, for others and for our objectives directly informs our outcomes.
Aim is about harnessing our strengths and our weaknesses, and moving with meaning toward our goals. Aim takes practice, patience, insight, willingness, bravery and commitment. It also takes the right tools and the right partners.
Aim Psych Youth is a mental health concierge collective of therapists and coaches devoted to working with young men (12-20 years old) who are ready to challenge themselves, change themselves and empower themselves — to heal, ask, answer, transform, grow, learn, mend what hurts, amplify what is working and eradicate what isn’t.
